A number of internal forums and networks support our people and provide a voice for a variety of groups across BlueBay. These include the Employee Forum, the Diversity and Inclusion Forum and the Social Committee.

BlueBay continuously reviews engagement with our people through annual and continuous surveys, intended to allow individuals the opportunity to share anonymous feedback. The findings of the latest staff survey can be seen below.
