As part of our broader approach to diversity and inclusion, we continue to attract talented individuals at all levels and pay our employees fairly for their role. A number of internal forums and networks support our people and provide a voice for a variety of groups across BlueBay. These include the Employee Forum, the Diversity and Inclusion Forum and the Social Committee.
